Last weekend we had the pleasure of checking out Laloli, when we photographed James & Jessica’s wedding. Skyrocket this place up to the top of your ‘must see’ wedding venue list – it’s amazing!

Jessica & James got ready in the same house together, which meant a bit of stealthy manoeuvring to ensure that no-one accidentally saw each other. Instead, they shared custody of their super cute dog Clyde – and shared letters with one another (complete with a few tears!).

Down at Laloli, the guests had gathered in the bamboo archway, which conveniently matched the triangle wedding arch that Jess & James would be standing under. Their ceremony brought more tears – it was super intimate and special.

As the golden sunlight flooded the hills, we went for a quick adventure session – with ‘adventure’ being the key word … Jess and James happily bashed their way though grass, across cane fields, and over stones. Perhaps this was somewhat helped by the fact that Jess opted for ever-practical chucks instead of wedding heels – we love rad shoe choices like that!

Arriving back at their reception, Laloli comes alive at night – fairy lights sparking everywhere, and some cool night shots around the place. We finished up the night with a sparkler tunnel and a photo under the beautiful starry skies.
