When we first met Brock & Dimity, we knew immediately that these were our kind of people. Relaxed, chilled, super lovely – they had a wedding plan in mind that revolved around keeping things flexible, being fun for the guests, and just ensuring it was a beautiful party with all their closest friends & family.

Held on the back lawn of Brock’s parents house – the weather couldn’t have been better. Blue skies and gorgeous sunshine was the order of the day!

Brock & Dimity decided to have a ‘first look’ earlier in the day and do their photos beforehand … meaning more time to hang out with the guests after the ceremony. We love this – it also means that you get to spend more time on your wedding day with one another!

There’s a certain kind of closeness and connection that comes with spending a long time together. Dimity and Brock are now 17 years into their relationship – we could really see this on the wedding day, everything just felt completely ‘right’ (for want of a better word). It was such a pleasure to hang out and share in some pretty special memories.

As the sun dipped towards the horizon, we sneaked back out for a couple more quick photos – we loved the forest / field spot we found for earlier in the day so much that we couldn’t resist a quick revisit. Look how much it changes from mid-afternoon to early evening – the light just feels so different, and we love both versions!

Later that evening, the band kicked off & Chriso amazed everyone with the epic food he was able to conjure up on the back porch… while Bedford Bar kept the drinks flowing – all the ingredients for a perfect night. We capped it off with a photo under the stars – the clear Tablelands skies put on a show!
