Hayley & Chris were married at St. Marys By The Sea in Port Douglas, one of the cutest little beachfront chapels you’ll find anywhere!

After Covid delayed things, everyone was excited to finally be able to party and celebrate Chris & Hayley tying the knot.
On the photo shoot afterwards, we were accompanied by Angus – their super cute dog – who did his best to steal the show!

Back at the Oaks Resort, the party kicked off with a bang – the band had everyone up dancing all night. It’s hard to beat a good live band – and these guys were incredible.

We scored some beautiful late afternoon sunlight down at the rocks – it’s the first time I’ve shot there in the sun for a long time, and I’d forgotten how much more dynamic and interesting it is with some strong, contrasty light. The weather was definitely on our side!

This was the first wedding I’ve shot at the Oaks Resort – and I have to give a shoutout to the staff & kitchen, I was super well looked after & the food was freaking delicious 🙂
