Nisha & Neal had a truly international wedding.
People flew in – from Ireland, from Malaysia, from the UK, or even drove up from Cairns!

Kewarra Beach Resort was the perfect place to show off all that FNQ has to offer – we had a stunning blue day, calm seas, and lovely clear skies for their outdoor wedding reception.

They wanted to incorporate some traditional Hindu elements into their ceremony – so it was a cool hybrid of some Hindu wedding traditions, topped off with a Western ceremony.

Once they had made everything official, we headed out with the bridal party for a few shots around the nearby beach area – and then headed back over to the bar to hang out with the guests. Later on, Nisha swapped into her evening dress – and we took a few more shots in the last rays of daylight – which faded away into beautiful pastel colours of sunset.

There’s something about having a beach reception that you just can’t beat … sitting at a table while still being able to wriggle your toes in the sand, fairy lights above, and the cool breeze through the palm trees – it really is the epitome of a tropical setting.
