When you have a wedding with 80 people – and 78 of them have made the trip up from Melbourne – you know you have some dedicated friends and family!

Tara & Adam decided that they’d have a tropical destination wedding, and what better spot than tucked away on Palm Cove Beach at the always stunning Pullman Sea Temple resort.

It’s not every day that you’re lucky enough to get sparkling blue, calm water at Palm Cove – so Tara & Adam must have built up some weather karma along the way.
Not only that .. but in our final pre-wedding catch up, Tara told me that they would REALLY love a cool star photo at night, if the weather played ball.
Sure enough – boom! You’ll see it once you get to the bottom of this blog post.

After their beautiful beachfront wedding we headed out for a few photos around Palm Cove, then headed back to the Sea Temple to chill with the guests and party the night away. There are a few things that I believe make weddings that extra little bit epic. These guys nailed it!

First off – ice cream. Check.
Second – more than enough food. Double check. The food was amazing!
Third – promoting good interaction between people. Having a cocktail style reception with ‘walk & fork’ food as opposed to a sit down meal meant that everyone was chatting away the entire night, so chilled and relaxed.
