Tinaroo Lake Resort Wedding Photos | Tablelands wedding photographer | Cairns wedding photography

 
Emma & Daniel chose the stunning Tinaroo Lake Resort on the Tablelands as the venue for their wedding day – and it was absolutely perfect!
We couldn’t have asked for nicer weather – perfect blue skies and hardly any wind.

After a beautiful ceremony on the lawn overlooking the lake, we headed out for a few photos nearby.
Daniel & Emma love the outdoors – spending as much of their spare time as they can out hunting, fishing, and camping.
This meant they had zero hesitation about some of the more adventurous location options we found!

From bushcrashing through the scrub, to squeezing between the wire strands of a barbed wire fence – they were up for anything!
We had beautiful late afternoon golden light, and a dusky glow in the sky (helped out by some Tablelands bushfires) – and despite being a bit nervous about being photographed – these two were complete naturals. I love the soft, intimate moments mixed in with the wider epic shots.

Back at the resort, it was time for speeches and partying the night away on the dancefloor!
At one point, we managed to slip outside for 10 minutes to grab an amazing star photo down at the lakeside. I managed to completely faceplant myself walking in the dark with my camera & tripod on some sneaky tree roots … but it was totally worth the trip.
